		<description>An atomic resonance frequency device?  The only thing that even remotely resembles that idea is a pulsed neutron magnetic resonance tool.  These are commonly used in downhole applications to measure porosity.  They don&#039;t provide a 3D image of the reservoir; they&#039;re not 99% accurate; and there&#039;s a tremendous amount of up front expenses (and danger) associated with building the neutron source.  I think your inventor friend is a quack.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;But good luck nonetheless.</description>
