I've heard they've spent 275 million for rentintg 2 cruise ships for a year, however there's only 1 and its partially filled. plus greece offered the use of 2 cruiseliners for free.<br/><br/>Anyway, only those you weren't homeless before the hurricane were provided accomodation. Most of the poeple who stayed behind were either students or still have jobs. Those that didn't moved out quickly.<br/><br/>Many of those with jobs have moved to Baton Rouge and commute 2 hrs/day.
