		<description>Yep, no money, send employees home, don&#039;t have to pay them thus saving money by not spending theirselves deeper into debt.   The federal Government has shut down a few times, almost always for only 1 day though.   &lt;br/&gt;--------&lt;br/&gt;after reading another blog, I posted a suggestion on my blog to correct NJ&#039;s money woes.</description>
