I see we share many of the same investment philosophies. I’m also a Kiyosaki and passive income fan. This year so far I’ve been focusing on expanding into foreign investments.
Just recently I’ve been wondering if there are the equivalent of income trusts in the U.S. I don’t think there are - I certainly haven’t come across any but I’d love to know.
How long did it take you to get to $2500/mo? That’s amazing.

Hi LOD - just discovered your blog through BlogRush. Awesome idea to start this carnival. I had been thinking about something along these lines as well, and it’s super to see someone already got it off the ground.
